  • 300 g macaroni
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 g grated cheddar

Method

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and simmer until thick.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and mustard.
