- 115 g softened butter
- 120 g brown sugar
- 60 g white sugar
- 1 egg

Method
- Cream butter and sugars, then beat in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocolate.
- Chill dough for 20 minutes while heating oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Bake scoops for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
