Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 80 g flour
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 90 g cold butter

Method

  1. Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon and lemon.
  2. Place apples in a baking dish.
  3. Rub oats, flour, brown sugar and butter together into crumbs.
  4. Scatter over apples and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
